Hollyberry Hat crochet pattern release.

23.12.20

Inspired by my Winterberry Earflap Hat design, I decided to create a crochet version of it. It was quite a challenge for myself but the result is great. So, I'm ready to share the crochet pattern for Hollyberry Hat today.

The hat has an unusual and interesting construction and pretty stitch combination. The textured stitch on central hat panel is combined with cables along the earflaps and textured stitch at front band.

The long earflaps and longer back of hat will keep your warm and cozy during cold and windy winter days. The hat can be made with worsted or Aran weight yarn.

The hat in fuchsia shade is crocheted with Rowan pure wool worsted and the taupe one is made with Cascade 220 worsted. Both yarns keep creates beautiful stitch definitions and looks great on all stitches.

Below is the comparison photos of both hats - Winterberry Earflap Hat (knitted) and Hollyberry hat (crochet). The Winterberry hat is made with Aran yarn.

Camper Van Crochet Organiser

8.5.19
Hello fellow crafters!
I’ve decided to expand the collection of my crocheted organisers with a new Camper Van Organiser.
This time I decided to ignore the animals theme and made the organiser in a car shape for my baby son’s room. The design is pretty and simple. Body of organiser is crocheted in white color. Two handy pockets in blue imitating VW van painting. They are decorated with headlights in yellow and turn signal lights in orange.
I believe this organiser can be crocheted for both boys and girls. Whatever colour option you choose it will look beautiful and unique. As well as two of my previous organisers this one looks great for car journeys too.
Here is a short video which shows how cute this Camper Van organisers looks in a car.

For this organiser I used Phil 4 cotton yarn from Phildar. They’ve got a perfect colour palette to choose from and it keeps the shape good enough to be used for children’s toys and accessories.
The crochet pattern is in form of photo tutorial is available from Ravelry and Etsy.

If you've missed my two other organisers please see them here

Lucky Monkey Purse

31.7.16
I've just finished working on my new crochet design - Lucky Monkey Purse.

My little daughter loves all sorts of bags and bag-packs. So I decided to top up her little collection with this fancy crochet purse in shape of monkey face. I'm so happy she loves it.

Yesterday we had a nice day out in local park and took some pictures of my little model with her new purse.

The purse is knitted with my favorite cotton yarn from Lana Grossa. I inserted a zipper on the top of the purse to keep all little things safe. The crochet pattern in format of photo-tutorial with step by step instructions is available from one of my pattern stores:

Ladybird Umbrella Case

8.5.15
There are so many dull and rainy days in the UK so my compact umbrella is my must have item in my handbag. I have decided to crochet a fancy umbrella case to brighten up these days. So, please welcome my new crochet project - Ladybird Umbrella Case. I really love this beautiful accessory. It makes me smile every time I find it in my handbag. It also a great toy for my little daughter. She really loves playing with it during our short walks around.

It was quick and fancy project. I used sport/5-ply cotton yarn from Lana Grossa and 3.0 mm hook. I used a black zipper as fastener on the back and put small amount of toy filler inside of each leg.

I also love this funny face. I crocheted the white part of eyes and used a tiny buttons for pupils. I embroidered eyelashes and mouth with a red thread.

Owl Traveller Backpack

25.3.15
I'm happy to share my new crochet project - Owl Traveller Backpack. It is my second owl backpack I created for my little daughter this spring.

I used the same color palette as for my Owl Adventure Backpack but this time I made a round shape for the backpack bottom and for the top lid. I decorated all parts of the owl - backpack body, top lid, wings and shoulder straps with scallop endings.

The front pocket is decorated with flower sequins and tiny buttons. The top lid is fastened with Velcro tape.
