Fancy Twist Hat and Cowl Set

I’ve been knitting a lot for my kids recently but today I’d like to share a knitting project which I knitted for myself for this Fall.

It is super cozy and super stylish Fancy Twist Hat and Cowl Set.
It was my first experience with bulky yarn from We Are Knitters. I used The Petite Wool in Spotted Beige colour for my set. I absolutely love the result and this super soft and super warm yarn.

The hat body is knitted with pretty twisted stitch rib back and forth but the brim of hat is knitted in the round in order to avoid seam on the edge. The matching cowl is knitted with combination of two stitches and can be worn in different ways.

My Crown Beanie and Cowl Set

Today I'd like to share my second version of hat and cowl set with imitation of crown with cable pattern. Please welcome - My Crown Beanie and Cowl Set.

I designed this set for my older daughter. As the previous Cable Crown Hat and Cowl Set these hat and neck warmer are also knitted in the round with pretty cable pattern. I used Drops merino extra fine wool for this set in beautiful mustard shade. Both hat and cowl are knitted in the round and completely seamless.
